All Sales Final
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we’re here to help.
Please follow these steps:

Clear photos of the damage or defect and the packaging it arrived in

Once we review your claim, we will either:

Replace the damaged print at no cost to you, or

Issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances and your preference
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but if your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue.
